Role Description
We're partnered with an industry leading food manufacturer looking to bring on an HR Manager for their newest facility in the company portfolio. This individual will be the point person for the food production plant. The ideal candidate will have experience with all core HR responsibilities including employee relations, Performance Reviews, Hiring, Onboarding, Training, etc.
Qualifications
- BS Degree preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing environment
- Experience with Employee Relations, Performance Reviews, Policy Admin, Hiring & Onboarding, Internal investigations, Rewards and Recognition, etc
